Orbit Commerce

Overview

A headless commerce platform unifying storefronts, inventory, and checkout across 14 markets and 6 currencies.

Challenge

Each region ran a separate Shopify instance — inventory drift, duplicated content, and inconsistent checkout flows were costing millions.

Solution

We built a Spring Boot commerce core with a Next.js storefront, multi-currency Stripe integration, and a unified PIM.
